Business and Economics Graduate of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and Law graduate of the Università Statale degli Studi of Milan. He is registered in the Lawyer and Chartered Accountant Registry of Milan. He taught seminars and is an assistant professor at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan – Economics Department: Bankruptcy Law. He provides support, advice and defence in the main practice areas of corporate and bankruptcy law, as well as criminal law and economics, corporate, bankruptcy and tax offences. He operates within extraordinary administration and administrative compulsory liquidation procedures directed at brokers undergoing financial hardship, upon appointment by Banca d’Italia and IVASS [Italian Institute for the Supervision of Insurance], and serves as Court-appointed Technical Expert, Receiver and Court-appointed Receiver within insolvency proceedings before various domestic judicial authorities. Speaker at conferences and author of various published works in the fields of corporate and bankruptcy law.
